These terms and conditions apply to all customers accessing wholesale pricing and anyone purchasing as a Business customer.
1. Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of stainless steel blank jewellery components (“Products”) by Memorial Jewellery Blanks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to business customers (“you” or “your”). By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
2.2. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
2.3. Orders may not be cancelled or amended once confirmed without our written agreement.
2.4. All orders must be place via this website, we do not accept orders by phone, email or other messenger service.
2.5. Wholesale customers must be logged in to receive wholesale pricing. Prices will not be adjusted retrospectively.
2.6 There will be a £50 minimum order value for first time wholesale customers. There will be no minimum order requirement for orders placed thereafter.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. We are not VAT registered and no VAT will be charged.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods provided.
3.3. We do not accept credit terms.
3.4. Prices are listed in GPB (British Pounds Sterling), no other currency is accepted.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays beyond our control.
4.2. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.3. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us of any discrepancies or postal damage within 5 working days.
5. Returns and Claims
5.1. Returns of non faulty Products will only be accepted with prior written agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee.
5.2. Products that have been used, customised, engraved, or altered in any way are non-returnable unless faulty.
5.3. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense for inspection. If the item is confirmed faulty, a refund or credit will be issued. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless agreed in advance.
5.4. Refunds or store credit are issued only for items proven to be faulty or not as described.
5.5. We do not offer exchanges.
6. Product Use and Suitability
6.1. You are responsible for determining the suitability of the Products for your intended purpose.
6.2. We make no guarantees as to the performance of the Products when used with third-party tools, machinery, or finishes.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. We warrant that the metal components of all Products will conform to agreed specifications and be free from material defects for 12 weeks from delivery.
7.2. We warrant that the non metal components of all Products will conform to agreed specifications and be free from material defects for 6 weeks from delivery. This warranty covers the materials only and does not extent to the failure of glued components that are mentioned in the product description pages.
7.2. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the Products in question.
7.3. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or economic losses of any kind.
8. Resale
8.1. Products supplied are for resale to end consumers only and may not be resold in their blank state to other businesses or third-party resellers without prior written consent.
8.2. All products are sold with the understanding that they are to be modified in some way before being resold on a retail basis to the end user as a completed item of jewellery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and branding related to our Products and website remain the property of Memorial jewellery Blanks and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express permission.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, delays in transport, or acts of God.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
