Delivery prices will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the items purchases Some items are heavier and bulkier than others but I have done my best to ensure that the correct postage is charged.
UK orders over £100 – tracked48 shipping is FREE. Most orders will not require a signature, however we do reserve the right to request a signature on delivery if we feel it is appropriate.
If you need to add to an order that has NOT been packaged ready for dispatch, you may do so ONCE using the code COMBINE at checkout to remove the shipping fee (ignore the delivery estimate as this will not change, the free shipping option will display when you get to the shipping page at checkout). Please note that we do not allow multiple additions to orders, using this code so please try to order all of the items you need at once. Misuse of this code will result in a delay whilst we obtain the correct shipping charges from you. Free shipping or multi buy discounts will not apply to combined orders.
I ask is that you don’t use this code to add bears to an order that was previously only charged as a large letter rate (this will be the case for most orders that don’t already include bears) because it won’t cover the cost. In that scenario just drop me a message before you order and I will issue a credit for the shipping already paid so that you can just upgrade it rather than pay again.
We regret that we cannot refund overpaid postage charges due to the fees imposed on us for processing payments and refunds. Where possible, if postage is overpaid sufficiently we can upgrade to the next level of service (for example if you paid for tracked48, I can upgrade it to tracked24).
We will do our best to dispatch all orders placed before 7am Monday – Friday on the same day. This is not guaranteed and there may be times when we are unable to offer a same day dispatch service. There may be rare occasions where it could take up to 2 working days to dispatch your order, please allow for this when accepting orders from customers.
If you have selected special delivery and desperately need the order in a hurry please email admin@memorialjewelleryblanks.co.uk and I will do my best to post it out for you, but please be aware that I am unable to always guarantee same day shipping.
Tracked48 and Tracked24 are not guaranteed services. We will not be held responsible for late deliveries on these services, if you require a delivery guarantee please select Special Delivery which will ensure that your order is delivered by 1pm on the next working day after it is shipped.
Any claims for lost/damaged items will be made in line with Royal Mail’s guidelines.
International Shipping
Due to new regulations we are currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.
International shipping charges will depend on the country as well as the items ordered. These charges will be displayed at checkout. All international order will be shipped using either Royal Mail International Tracked or International Tracked and Signed for.
All international customers will be responsible for their own countries’ importation charges including VAT/sales tax. These will vary from country to country and it is up to you to find out what the charges will be. As a non VAT registered company not VAT will be charged at the point of sale.
Orders returned to sender due to non payment of importation fees will not be refunded.
